Orientation sessions
As a new student, it's natural to have questions about what to expect in your first year of college. Research has shown that attending orientation events can significantly enhance your adaptability and readiness for this new chapter.
Online orientation
About a month before the classes begin, you'll be able to access the D2L, the learning management system used by 鶹ýӳ. There, you can find the Pre-Arrival Orientation, a self-paced non-credit course to learn about student services, technology, campus life, and more.

If you're joining us in one of our main intakes – Fall, Winter, or Summer – you'll receive a series of newsletters from the Orientation and Transitions team. To stay informed and connected, please add orientation@camosun.ca to your email address book, contacts, or Safe Senders list to ensure you don't miss any important updates.
Peer Pods
If you want help finding your groove, connecting with others, and achieving success, Peer Pods is the place for you. This peer-to-peer program focuses on building community, developing skills, and exploring what 鶹ýӳ has to offer.
